Bi-monthly inclusive play sessions designed for children with disabilities and additional needs, and their siblings. Calm, flexible, child-led and pressure-free- play without judgement.
Parent & Carer Support
Retreats and wellbeing sessions that create space to pause, connect, and feel supported -because we know that supporting the whole family matters.
Family Events
Inclusive events and collaborations that open doors to joyful experiences many families would otherwise struggle to access.

Why We ExistRaising a child with disabilities or additional needs can be isolating. Many families struggle to find spaces where they feel truly welcome, where their child doesn’t need to mask, explain, or fit into someone else’s idea of “normal”.
Happy Heroes exists to change that.
